Requesting a template
If a format you need isn’t in the library, tell me what it is and what it needs to contain. Most requests are built and published within a week, and they stay free for everyone — so asking helps more people than just you.
The more specific you are, the faster it gets built. “A salary slip” is harder to work from than “a salary slip for a 12-person firm that shows PF, ESI and professional tax separately”.
Reporting a problem with a file
If a formula is wrong, a layout breaks on the second page, or a format is out of date because the rules changed, please tell me. Include the page URL and what went wrong. Corrections are usually made the same week, and they matter — one broken file affects everyone who downloads it.

How quickly you’ll hear back
Most messages get a reply within one to two working days. Corrections to a broken file are treated as urgent and usually go out sooner.
If a week has passed with no reply, the message probably didn’t arrive — check the address and send it again, or call. It won’t be that I ignored it.
