TechGuruPlus.com publishes free, editable document templates and free online tools. This includes resumes, letters, invoices, spreadsheets, certificates, Tally TDL files, bank forms and calculators.
Everything on the Site is provided free of charge. We do not sell templates, we do not run a subscription, and we never ask for payment or account registration to download a file.
2. How you may use our templates
You may:
- Download any template on the Site free of charge
- Edit it, rename it and change it in any way you need
- Use it for personal work, for study, or for commercial purposes in your own business
- Remove any reference to TechGuruPlus.com from the file
- Print, email or share the finished document you create with it
No credit or attribution to TechGuruPlus.com is required.
3. What you may not do
You may not:
- Re-upload our template files to another website, file-sharing service or app for download
- Sell, license or rent our templates, whether individually or as a collection or bundle
- Claim to be the original creator or copyright holder of the template files themselves
- Copy the written content, page layouts, descriptions or design of this Site
- Use automated tools to scrape, mirror or bulk-download the Site
- Attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its servers
The distinction is simple: the document you create using a template is yours to do anything with. The template file itself remains ours to distribute.
4. Ownership and copyright
Unless stated otherwise on the page, all templates, articles, images and site content are created by TechGuruPlus.com and remain our intellectual property.
Some files reference or reproduce material owned by third parties. Bank forms are published by the banks concerned. Tally TDL files are add-ons for software owned by Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint are products of Microsoft Corporation. We claim no ownership of, and no affiliation with, any of these companies or their trademarks. Such material is offered only to help users locate and use documents they are already entitled to use.
If you believe any file on this Site infringes your copyright, please contact us and we will review and remove it promptly.
5. No warranty
Every template is prepared and checked before publishing, but all files and tools are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind.
We do not guarantee that a template is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for your particular situation. Document requirements, tax rules, salary structures, statutory formats and hiring conventions change over time and differ between countries, states and organisations.
Before relying on any template for a legal, financial, tax, employment or official purpose, check it against the current rules that apply to you, and consult a qualified professional where appropriate. Our calculators produce estimates for general guidance only and are not professional advice.
